Disability Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual support to clients in their homes and community settings, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and skill-building.
- Encourage client independence and facilitate access to community resources and social activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all organisational policies and procedures.
Skills and Requirements:
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
- Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services, or Individual Support are highly regarded but not essential.
