Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual support to clients in their homes and community settings, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and skill-building.
• Encourage client independence and facilitate access to community resources and social activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all organisational policies and procedures.

Skills and Requirements:

• Current NSW Driver’s Licence
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
• Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services, or Individual Support are highly regarded but not essential.
